Quick Question on Target Darts

Post by J Y Kelly » Wed Sep 28, 2011 10:36 am

Am thinking of getting a set of the Adrian Lewis Darts, but what's the crack with these different finishes. Are they purely cosmetic or is there any benefit to be derived?

Cheers

Ordered them anyway - am trying to build up a bit of a collection so I can blame my poor play on this rather than a lack of talent. Whenever I get fed up with missing stuff I'll blame it on the darts and use the nex set.

It's called throwing money at the problem. It's what I do best.

Nope, and wouldn't be allowed to put any up in the highly unlikely event that I might win any.

Scatter cushions, yes, trophies, no!

People change darts because they want to improve their game noisy.

Same way Taylor changes his.

Nonsense. Next you'll be telling us he only does birthday cards for the cash and doesn't actually sign them himself.

Then that's even more silly. Could fuck up his game for no reason.

I have a selection of darts from over the years because I find my throw etc has changed.

Cheers Bea, should probably have had a look before I bought them but hey ho.

Anyway, I like having a selection of darts to choose from. Have just about got used to the Chisnall ones I've been using but still have the sneaking suspicion they're not quite right. These look like they'll suit how I grip the dart so I'll give them a go.
