Patrick Chaplins newsletter is a good read it talk about the life and history of darts and i would recommend subscribing to it as its free, His website is https://patrickchaplin.com/contact/ where you can official sign up to his newsletter

This month he's talking about TV darts in the 1930s and 40s amogst other things

Been getting it for a few months now. Some interesting history.
