A darts commentator who started way back in the old days. You may recognise his voice.

Tony commentated on sets 6-11 of that 1992 World Championship final. Sid on the first 5 sets. Taylor led 2-0 and was threatening to dominate, then he missed 4 darts for 3-0, and ended up 2-3 down to Gregory at the interval. That was dramatic in itself, and then the match became legendary, all the way up to Gregory missing 6 championship darts and the sudden death leg. At the time, we never thought there'd be a better match or a better final. I remember thinking at the time that it was the ultimate match, exactly what you'd write down on paper for the most dramatic darts match. The pressure just watching when Gregory missed the first championship dart at double 8, and Taylor hit double 5 with his last dart in hand.
