They sure are, Part of the quote was £569.81 for Glow Plugs, I argued like fuck with them about this as I rang 3 other garages for a quote on them and all 3 quoted for one hour labour to fit them, The cost of the Glow Plugs were circa £80 which meant they were trying to charge me for between 4.5 and 5 hours labour, The rest of the quote was fine as to the parts costs (Turbo, Fan assembly control unit, NOx sensor) but the quote for the labour on each is questionable so I have to see what they come up with tomorrow on the revised quote as I was not accepting the quote then just 10% off which does not cover the massive over charging for labour on the Glow Plugs.

I have heard some excuses in my life but this one takes the fucking cake....Apparently the 'Technician' doing the quote entered a digit wrong on the computer and this was why the Glow Plugs were priced at £569.81...Revised quote is £166.61

I was over quoted for the turbo as well by £190, Total cost now down to £2238.77 and as a gesture of goodwill they are willing to still knock 10% off that for the attempted rip off...I mean mistake
