How come he is so far down the pecking order for captain now?

It was only 2 seasons ago (I think) he was the skipper but then for some reason Vidic took over & I noticed on Saturday that Evra was captain even though Rio was playing?

Has he pissed off Fergie?

I was expecting to see a post then with just three words.

I can nail on that snake hasn't.

It was well documented that Vida got it as he was the fit centre back.

It's why rio is still club captain. Paddy is a vice captain, so picked up the mantle. It will doubtless be passed around more as the season progresses to encourage & promote the sense of leadership within such a young squad.

Now, if rio had been bombed out of united for missing a drug test, for example, snakes argument might hold weight.

Indeed. Not saying they should have. I'd never have had him as team captain. Fills me with joy that vidic has actually got the club captaincy, contrary to my previous post.

His time is over. 20-30 games at most. You know your time is up when the support trust jevans more.

He was far to valuable at the time.......now if it had been a bit part squad player?

As well as Chris Eagles I reckon.
Better than Luke Chadwick then.
