The vast majority of the channels are utter shite. All the news channels were plastered with it, newspapers were virtually cover to cover and little respite on the radio

I'd include BBC1, 2, 3 & 4 in that, who were the only ones to change their content.

In terms of the news, all you missed were some people were born, some people died, sone people got ill, some better. some got richer, some poorer. There is a war somewhere, & peace in other places.

suitably inspired by this i set out for a jog this morning, this soon turned into a fast walk, then a slow walk, and then a stagger.

knee's arent happy now. who said exercise was good for you?

I tried jogging a while back on a cold morning. Ended up with a rip roaring chest infection. Fuck that.

maybe ill get a bike, easier on the knee's?
