It seems he's left because of the troll invasion this week. Egerton has fought back advising anyone trolling will be deleted in future.

Guess Winmau shelled out for TV coverage again. But what the heck is Premier Sports? Okay, I'm not in the UK, but I've literally never heard of that channel. Operating on the old Eurosport model of showing stuff nobody else can be bothered with?

But Zeyes it is after all called Premier Sports, so it has to be top notch stuff. I think this was a spinoff from Setanta with some of the execs and others going over to Premier when Setanta went down.Zeyes wrote:Guess Winmau shelled out for TV coverage again. I am guessing that this news coming this late the BDO giving this one away again, with Winmau probably just paying enough to make it lo to no risk for Premier Sports to broadcast.

Setanta was different
Setanta might have gone for the brits but was still a channel in other countries

However much it cost or who paid for it they will never get their money back.
I've never heard of it either, how do you access it?

there was 2 setanta channels in ireland up to a couple of weeks ago on the horizon/virgin package i have
one was free and the other ppv.
The free one showed all the itv darts from the world series Live" unlike ITV which only showed highlights and Champions league soccer was free as well.
Cunts took it off a couple of weeks ago to give us sky sports mix for free instead.

The BDO still havent bothered putting this on their FB, Twitter or website yet. Its as if they are ashamed of it, or something.

They should be as although it's free it's still only available to people who subscribe to SKY or VirginThe Ginge Reaper wrote:The BDO still havent bothered putting this on their FB, Twitter or website yet. Its as if they are ashamed of it, or something.

Apparently the channel has that little content they show a rolling advert for the channel for hours and hours on end. Certainly screams to me they have been tossed it for free and Winmau are paying for all production.M H wrote:They should be as although it's free it's still only available to people who subscribe to SKY or VirginThe Ginge Reaper wrote:The BDO still havent bothered putting this on their FB, Twitter or website yet. Says twenty hours coverage over the weekend on Winmau TV which isn't a lot over the three days. That said live outside broadcast (if done properly) is over £10k a day, could be nearer £20k.The Ginge Reaper wrote:Apparently the channel has that little content they show a rolling advert for the channel for hours and hours on end. With Gwynne announced on the comms I very much doubt it will be done properly
