Ranking all the darts major winners in history if they were all in their prime today; Will Phil Taylor or Michael van Gerwen take top spot?

The top 2 are correct and it’s right that ‘Wadey’ is in the top 10 Bristow should be 3rd for me. I’m surprised Alan Warrriner-Little is in the top 10 tbh.

Did you notice that the criteria is based on peak form rather than overall career?

As the list is based on peak form Bob Anderson is a glaring omission - viewtopic.php?p=1657324#p1657324

Even based on peak form alone I would personally still have Taylor, MVG and Bristow as my top 3 with Taylor at 1.

Not sure how I would rate the rest.

Great. Headshaker won't make the top 10 then.

Warriner is an interesting choice
At his absolute best around the millennium he did throw some stupid numbers but never particularly sustained
How long are they measuring a peak?

They draw from his reputation in the late 80s and early 90s, the amount of time he spent as a world number 1, as well as the Grand Prix record he set in 2001.

Blackpool 2000 was probably the best I saw him play
Wouldn't have him top 10 myself

Neither would I, but I do think he is underrated.

Post your top 10 based on peak form alone
