Yeah i agree, I actually don't mind these backdoor opportunities some players get whilst others don't, there's so many places available for worlds, if you couldn't get in in the first place it's hard to argue you've been robbed

Correct. If you can't qualify with all the freebies these days you're a fucking jobber
The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.

Darius, Razma, Kantele and Larsson have invites (they were picked for the initial event last year when all of them had tour cards), then Jorgensen, Heinsoe and Springborg take the three Danish spots, with one more qualifier tomorrow for everyone in the region who hasn't qualified yet

Hold that thought about Ally Pally, apparently they're gonna try to arrange another weekend, although I guess time is tight

Their only decent players have been Vienna-born Robert Wagner (who has played in these in recent years but been shit) and Dutch-born Cor Dekker, who won one of these and appeared on the Euro Tour the last time we had a full season

A bit before my time that one! No surprise Randall (well, half!) remembers it!

Gudmunsson vs Egilsson
Engstrom vs Nilsson

Guaranteed to be Iceland vs Sweden in the final for that last spot in the Nordic Darts Masters, you'd think Engstrom vs Nilsson would effectively be the final
