Largely irrelevant.

2014 appears to have been his breakout year.
I remember him getting suddenly lively in floor events and playing surprisingly well against Taylor at the Grand Prix in that same phase. Mid-2010s sounds right.

He nicked the first set against Taylor, before losing every set afterwards
