Unless you have Luke Littler's talent, you are unlikely to achieve anything in this corrupt PDC
What? That's absurd logic.
I am being cynical and overexaggerating

But no doubt the rule changes announced today will make it way harder for up and coming players to get up in the rankings and even keep their tour cards
What rules have changed?

Hes talking about the euro tour changes entrenching much of the top 64.

Seen quite a few pics on Facebook this morning from some of those staying in hotels, Fridges full of beers and snacks, My favourite one though has to be Kevin Thomas's one....Packed fridge full of imported Stella and jars of cockles.

The top 16 on the regular order of merit now get a freebie as well as the pro tour top 16. Meaning the number of card qualifers per event crashed from 24 down to 10. Its quite horseshit.

The likes of Wright and Aspinall getting two fucking years of freebies in spite of their floor shitshow pisses me off.

I genuinely have no idea. Its come out of nowhere and baffled everyone. Only thinking is to put bums on seats for the friday sessions, as the top 16 in the world now play in them.

Are they still being shown on TV in Europe?

Probably looking at further expanding the TV deals and guaranteeing more big names to bump up the value.

The PDC are cunts etc.

Since the beneficiaries are top 32 players who won't be in any tour card trouble this year or next, I don't think it'll be harder to keep tour cards, but it might mean the amount needed to get into the top 64 is less than it otherwise would have been, and that less experienced players are less seasoned when they get to the Worlds

Does anyone know what's happening with Viaplay? They announced they were finishing a few months back, haven't heard anything since

Play starts around 10am.

So the Euro one should start around 9am UK time, so the draw should be up in a few mins.
