Well considering Randall is questioning the legitimacy of beverages being considered a food I'm not sure at this point.

Because people from English speaking countries differentiate between food (solid) and drink (liquid)

I was going to pass Cambridge English were it not for that my mental problems took the better of me so I had to do with standard English of B2.
