Might end up with a Beaton-esque career path once the ability to occasionally get to semifinals and beyond goes.

Gurney is quite a dull watch so he'll be an easy one to leave out as soon as it is justifiable. Just need him to not make a major final.Rogg wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2020 7:46 pmSpeaking of 2021, provisional rankings after Ally Pally: https://www.dartsrankings.com/postwchSuperSwede wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2020 7:36 pm This could be Gurney's last year on the PL and World Series gravy train.

Chisnall was a decent enough reason to leave out Gurney this year tbf, but the PDC will be reluctant to take out a 'local' hero for Belfast imoSuperSwede wrote: ↑Sat Feb 15, 2020 5:56 pmGurney is quite a dull watch so he'll be an easy one to leave out as soon as it is justifiable. Dimitri? Does he have a fan club in Norway or what? Baffling.

Re: 2020 World Series of Darts
I know people will complain about this, and I understand why, but the World Series is quite obviously a glorified exhibition, even more so than the Premier League. I don't know who really takes the World Series seriously, but it clearly isn't there to be taken seriously.Fiss Plaps wrote: ↑Tue Feb 18, 2020 11:15 am https://www.pdc.tv/news/2020/02/18/pdc- ... ts-masters

Re: 2020 World Series of Darts
Dimitri must have been considered for a Contenders spot in the Premier League, this is probably a bone they're throwing at him to make up for not giving him that

Re: 2020 World Series of Darts
Just realised that this clashes with a ProTour weekend, that's definitely Dimi out of the Matchplay then
