speaking of sponsors, the cosmo darts, fit flights and L style companies
have been steadily signing US and Canadian players, month after month,
another 2 or 3 take the plunge. kind of interesting.

think that the japanese companies, including cosmo, fit flight, and L style
see a marketing opportunity by taking advertising money and investing it into
the sponsorship of many of the "name" dart shooters in the us and canada
in return for product recognition.

it's interesting to note that they are not necessarily going after just the big
national "names", as you would expect them to, but they are methodically signing
a couple shooters from each region every month or so. people that don't venture out of
their areas on the ado circuit. heard like a year long plan of signings in
store to spread their influence which has already started and then who knows after that?

yes, I do expect them to keep up here for a while because of this strategy
as far as the pdc goes, if you mean sponsoring pdc players, while I would be highly
doubtful they would turn down a name like taylor or wade, assuming they were willing
to fork over the money as such, I haven't heard them of going after any of the UK or european players

seems like they are trying to get their products more local based than an international ploy.

I presume they do stuff for soft tip darts as well ?

it would concern me if i was in charge over there what the pro's who they hope will contribute would make of it. let alone any prospective members. happily its not my problem.
