I still believe Noisy sent it. He hardly posts on DF anymore, so why would he cover for someone? It doesn't make any sense. I can't think of any motive for Noisy to protect someone. Out of all the potential 'suspects', Noisy doesn't seem to be particularly friendly with any of them.

Or was an e-mail even sent in the first place to the BDO?
