Well in the my orders section it is showing as awaiting stock so I'm going to wait until they take payment and send me ear muffs before I complain.

If you have Sky there is a programme on a channel called Discovery Life (may not be the exact name but it's channel 240 I think) called Extreme Couponing. About crazy Yanks getting $1500 shops for something ridiculous like five dollars. Give it a watch. Usually airs on a Wednesday night I think.

OK so the orders have been cancelled, this is my reply:
Dear Sirs, I am a little confused by your reply, I have not ordered any black headwear, I ordered a samsung laptop, an order for which you accepted and then authorised a paypal payment for. I have the audit trail of the order here: First of all here is a screenshot of the item and order acknowledgement as it appeared on your web site viewed by my android phone (Attachment 1) This was followed by an email by yourselves where you state that my order has been processed and will be dispatched to me shortly (Attachment 2) Payment has been authorised in my paypal account as you can see (attachment 3) When I went to my account history on the grattan site it showed the order and that it was awaiting delivery in 14 days (attachment 4) On all cases this still states that it is a Samsung Laptop! I then received a random email saying something about ear muffs, which I have not ordered and that an incorrect description was loaded in error, as you can see from the picture (Attachment 5) both the title and description state Samsung Laptop, therefore it cannot be a description error as you claim. Strangely the laptop has changed into "black headwear" in my account history and was initially awaiting stock and now says cancelled. I maintain that I have ordered a Samsung Laptop and that because you have authorised a payment through my paypal account and also sent me an email stating that my order has been processed and is awaiting despatch (Attachment 2) you have entered into a contract and should now supply the goods, you may have also broken trading laws by changing both the item description and title without letting me know. Even when you initially changed both title and description to "cosy ear muffs" the item still had the samsung logo attached to it which if it was a mistake surely should have been removed? (Attachment 5) - Now you have stated that you cannot get stock and have cancelled all orders, a very shady way of trading it seems to me and one which both trading standards and the consumer media will I am sure be interested in hearing about should I not get any satisfaction from yourselves. I await your response
Kind Regards
Nick Price
Under consumer law an item does not have to be paid for to form a contract, only a promise to pay hence cheques etc. By authorising a paypal payment they have done this. Also when they sent me the email saying order processed awaiting dispatch they accepted my order and should supply or be sued for breach of contract.
Lets see what they say

To be honest I can't see em shifting but I may get a £50-100 voucher just to shut me up because if it goes to court it will cost them thousands in solicitors fees
