Doherty v Hamilton is the final match of the night, Hamilton has just come from 9-7 down to take it to a decider.

good comeback from day, greene had that stitched up at one point.

doherty got home 10-9, hard to begrudge him a return to the world stage.

I can see the Morris/Hawkins table, Ebdon/Burnett and Higginson/Lines table perfectly, and 2/3rds off the Burnett/Perry table.

Ebdon is a proper grinder. Or slow. Whichever term you prefer.

Ben Woolaston was 4/0 down at the interval and has dragged it back to 4-3 and looks like going 4-4 now. That includes a 145 break too.

Perry 7-2 up
Hawkins 6-3 up
Higginson 6-3 up

Still playing:

Ebdon 7-0 up
Gilbert/O'Brien 4-4
Dale 4-3 up but 50 behind in frame 8

Ebbo goes 8-0 up and they are going to start the final frame of the session even though the next match is due to start at 2.30.

Gilbert 5-4 (finished)
Dale 5-3 (still in play but no match next on that table anyway)

Sat in prime position to watch both the Hendry and the Brecel matches.
