He got free entry last year via winning the Viking Cup and didn't bother. I think he's happy with what he's doing

I think Thornton will try (and probably succeed) and get a tour card. Don't think any of the other seniors will.

Would like Edgar to try but he's discounted that in favour of official darts.

Other than that, just whichever of my mates try to get one. Mouldy probably the best chance.

Hendo for sure.

Mitchell seems somewhat interested in having another crack at it. Duff smirkingly hints at all kinds of things, gross.

Gates has a great thing going already but has said things about having a go. Failing to qualify for Ally Pally through the CDC was interesting. That's a tough tour in itself without much space to breathe. Would he have had a better chance of making Ally Pally if he'd had a tour card? Possibly yes.

Depends what Gates wants. Does he want to be king of the castle in the Seniors or have a better chance of getting to Ally Pally then via the CDC Tour. He has picked up £35k+ from the seniors this year

He's more likely to choke and not get a card.

High scorer, can't finish under pressure.

Hurrell might be the same, but might just be more random. Don't care about either of them getting a card.

Europe:
- Henderson: just because I think he's one of those players hit hard by the Covid period.
- Bates: despite his stupid stance, as otherwise his throw is good and I think he has potential
- Crabtree: he's besties with Bates, so it'd probably help them both. I don't think he's Bates level though
- Van Peer to have another go at it post dartitis.
- White: there's actually a slim chance of him losing his card, and if he does it could be good for him to start fresh. I know he's a floor warrior, but he was the best one.

From the CDC:
- Mr Happy, Jules van Dongen: regain his card if he can't keep it, and see if he can maintain somewhere near his current level, or if that's just form (which it might be)
- Spellman: potential high scorer and Tour Level if he can cut out the strays
- Cameron: a player who's clearly worked on his game, way better than when I first saw him play. His throw now has great rhythm, and he's straightened his follow through. It's a shame it's come late. I know he's already Seniors, so probably not interested in a card.
- Gates: another senior. The senior right now. But, just one go at it.

"Depends what Gates wants" is true. Glad you've upgraded your opinion from "He doesn't need a tour card". Progress mate! :)

“Can’t finish under pressure”. Except a 158 in the final of the World Professional Darts Championship which pretty much won him the title.
