Here is SD's summary of the game against Willie. The full thread is linked below.
Willie beat me fair and square.
He won the bull and held his throw to lead 1-0.
I held throw with an 80 checkout, 20-20-D20.
Willie held 2-1.
I sat on D16, and watched Willie clock out a 102 finish to break and lead 3-1.
Soon it became 4-1,
then 5-1.
Someone asked me afterwards if i was nervous during the match. Not one bit - Alcohol and adrenaline did their job!
Got stuck in a lift with Ted Hankey, and found myself on a practice board with Phil Taylor. Great banter with several players, and did the Co Stompe "crane," not once, but twice, to his amusement. Called MVG over, and looked on as Merv had steam coming out of his ears. All this happened in the players room long before i'd even played. Laugh

I used to post on the Betfair forum. I was banned by this stage but I was still lurking so I remember the thread.

The only notable one you didn't get (no offence to the other mysteries) is 4th from the left. Paul Williams who got to the semis that year.

Once the weather clears we'll take Randall for a nice walk along the prom to see the band. I've bought him a quarter of barley sugars specially.

I could've sworn that I'd see the Bolton (not Boulton, sorry malt) pic with a caption naming them all. Weird.
Anyone identity these three? They were at the 2003 UK Open.
