Doctor Who is a black and white television show from the 60s.

It literally stopped in the mid 80s for me
Anything post millennium is a different character as far as I'm concerned

I see that Quantum Leap is the next thing getting the treatment.

You know it'll be good because of the non-binary cast! Why would you build a show about time travel like this? Is it even legal? Haha. Nutters.

Let's remake Ben Hur using only people who like pears.

What is happening? Is anyone in this industry capable of a single thought which doesn't involve underpants? If you're an actor, declare yourself non-binary immediately. Do it right now.

I don't understand how people identify as something other than male or female

I don't even understand the word identify. Just try being a nice person, surely.

I remember when it was fashionable to say 'don't label me' etc.

I remember watching it as it aired. I hated it so much.

This was a project by US TV to reboot the show. They had a whole series mapped out. The movie was effectively a pilot but was not well received and nothing came of it.

One thing in favour of the dreaded Chinballs is that he never gave the Doctor a human mother. But gosh what a strong, brave woman of colour she would have been.
