of course they are.

I am not buying this shit that people were scared of an old crippled man and he had to die leaving a fortune before "victims " came forward.
Ken Barlow and Kevin Webster from coronation street 2 examples of people just being rounded up on hearsay, not one fact that would get a conviction.

I am all for convicting those that might be guilty but most of these cases had no business ever being near a court house, the police should be ashamed of themselves and investigated, and any cunt lying to get a conviction should feel the full force of the law

The perfect example is Dave Lee travis, after umpteen allegations and court cases they found him guilty of touching a woman's bottom - we can sleep safely tonight! Surely by definition if bill roach or levelle are found to be innocent then the person making the allegations is found to be a liar?

if a woman accuses a man of rape and is found to have lied that cunt should face the same sentence as the man.

She should serve the same length od sentence, and hope all those type of women eventually get raped themselves to teach them karma

It means there wasn't enough evidence to prove guilt, doesn’t mean you didn't do it or the complainant was lying.
The dlt case was utter pig swill.

dont matter if he did it in your opinion,

The law states innocent til proven guilty, if they cannot prove it then he should be free.
You cannot bend the rules to sway public opinion or public hype and media frenzy bullshit.

Its bad enough yer police force is one of the most corrupt in the world without compounding it.

Just regarding nick's point that a bot guilty means the women lied, doesn't mean that, though of course they might have

The thing is that very few rape cases are clear cut. It is usually one persons word against anothers. You can't say that just because a man is cleared by a jury that the woman is automatically a liar. The trouble with punishing a woman severely for lying about rape is that it will scare genuine cases from coming forward.

I despise rape and rapists, I hate blokes that won't take no for an answer and just force the issue by getting the woman more and more drunk and then taking them home. They tend to get overlooked in the grand scheme of cuntiness.

Obviously , fake allegations are utterly vile and deserve punishement but its a tricky balancing act

Not guilty and innocent are two totally different things.

Oj Simpson for example

Precisely. I do agree with some of the police hate though. They are the masters of looking after their own. The amount of people who die in police cells with no repurcussions for any member of the force is astounding
