Depends what has happened

if it was for daft sht like name calling or slagging each other then I'd agree with you & say grow up but if it involves an issue like cancer which can be a very personal sunject for many then I say fair game, if I was involved I personally wouldn't care if the individual got sacked from work

By all means if you don't get along with somebody then say something like "I think Dicie is a bit of a tosser or Bradders is a knob" ok they maybe won't like it but no harm done but to go down the cancer route is bang out of order sir
