I am the first to admit, Wade is not as good these days , especially against the likes of Ando, MVG etc....

but the lad has balls of steel when it comes to deciding legs, not just against chizzy in the final but benito in the quarters

it was his second Euro event win

Therein lies the problem. The reality is Chizzy would win 9 out of 10 finals against Wade. The stats for Chizzy in finals obviously prove his brilliance. Chizzy is a more talented player than Wade scoring wise, but finishing wise, Wade is 10x better and that is what counts unfortunately for a Chizzyfan.

Not sure I said Chizzy is the better player, the 9 out of 10 stat was obviously a joke. A better scorer by a long way but that is all unfortunately.

I honestly do think, however, Chizzy's best game is better than Wade's best game but Wade's mediocre game is better than Chizzy's mediocre game + he has that middle game that Chizzy lacks, that is, the game that gets him through vs jobbers that sometimes Chizzy loses due to not having that skillset.

And if Chizzy could attain that ability, he would be a beast. Consistency and more bottle even would turn Chizzy into a major winner. As I have opined many an occasion, time will tell.

I noticed wade and chizzy are very close,

Wade is usually not one to mingle with most players on stage, its obvious he does not like MVG, kimmy,Krusty and a load of others
but always seems to be bigging up thornton taylor and chizzy

Which has made for some of the best matches I have seen. His semi-final at the world matchplay last year against Taylor was unbelievable. Heroic finishing and timing broke Taylor, his brain went. Averages: Taylor 103.69, Wade 97.85.

Yes, I do remember a photo I think from Wade's twitter with Chizzy posing with Wade's glasses on. Then again, I think every player seems to like Chizzy. Perhaps they feel they need to care for him, a bit like you and Oche.
