Top 16 have all entered plus the top two Germans.

Gary Anderson, Martin Atkins (Wigan) and Daniel Larsson are missing both ET3 and ET4 qualifiers.
Andy Hamilton is missing ET3 qualifier. Boris Krcmar is missing ET4 qualifier.

I think that's everything moved, ninety fucking minutes!
Once the threads were merged it was hard to tell sometimes which posts were about which events but I've done my best.
No doubt a few are in the wrong thread but fuck it.
The two threads are separate again.

The posts have to be moved one page at a time unless I'm missing something.
Once you click next page it doesn't move the posts from the previous one.
