My creatinine level fell again to 185 so I'm now 65 above the higher level of normal kidney function, still going in the right direction. My blood pressure had risen because of this shit and is now down to 140/70, the higher level of normal so also encouraging.

All in all things are looking pretty good at the moment

An infection mate which went to the kidneys effectively shutting them down. The result was I was slowly being poisoned by my own blood
