The blood charm Dumbledore casts on Privet Drive is different from Lily's sacrificial protection. It needed a living relative (Petunia) to accept Harry and also for Harry to accept Petunia's home as his home. Of course Harry growing up would have accepted Privet Drive as his home, that was the only thing he knew. If he stopped going there altogether and stayed in the magical world, he would have had no more connection to Privet Drive and to Petunia, since he would have never willingly go back to them.

The charm is on Privet Drive but possibly it could also apply to the wider muggle world? Once Harry was in the magical world (Hogwarts), I'm not sure if the charm would protect him, since he would have needed no additional protection at Hogwarts. So the spell could be limited either to the specific location of Privet Drive, or more likely everywhere Harry goes in the muggle world when he's not at Hogwarts. But that's just me guessing

Curiously, 2012 is about the only year when Wade has been in good form at the World Championship. In other years, even when he's gone deep in the tournament, he's had to battle.

Yes. It was a frustrating night.

Wadey's level really fell off a cliff once Lewis made it 3-5 with a 98 checkout (treble 20, double 19), with Wade not winning another leg. Lewis won the last 10 legs of the match. For the rest of the match after Lewis made it 3-5, I reckon Wade had only 4 darts at a double, and 3 of those were in one leg in the last set where he missed double 20 and double 10 (his favourite doubles) by a distance. There were plenty of legs in those last 3 sets where Wade's score was way behind, sometimes hundreds of points behind.

Even at 5-1 to Wade, Wade was battling against Lewis' rising darts form in that set and the next set (while Wade's own was declining slightly) just enough to have the 1 match dart in the eighth set, but he failed. It was odd because Wade was battering Lewis badly from 2-1 to 5-1, after the whole windgate controversy in sets 2 and 3.
