How many "hello Smithy" posts have there been in it when a newbie has posted?

If people who are suspected to be Smithy are posting genuinely normal darts related stuff maybe it’s not worth jumping down their throats straight away

I don't disagree.

But in this case, I find it difficult to believe that someone could be a "long-term lurker" and not know who Smithy is.
