Surely someone could have informed Sky Sports beforehand?
Sky Sports aired Smackdown on July 8th with the angle edited out.

But yes, they could have alerted Sky that they planned to re-air the angle on their channel during the live GAB 2005 telecast, which aired in the early hours of July 25th.
It’s very likely that they edited it out when I watched it the following Wednesday/Thursday evening

Very creepy of him to stare at the store for 45 minutes straight, along with all of the other stuff, of course
He was publicly accused of rape in 1992. The rape was alledged to have occurred in 1986.

But unless you read Meltzer/Powerslam or visited internet forums you would likely be unaware of both the 92 and 06 allegations.

Man of great power abused his position and thinks he’s untouchable

Here is a podcast series that details WWF's scandals in 1992 if you're interested - https://www.patreon.com/collection/345983?view=expanded

It's long winded as fuck, but from the parts I've listened to it does provide a lot of insight.

Rocky turns heel at the WM press conference, cody changes mind and picks roman to finish the story, brilliant but makes the cody and rock segment from Smackdown even more confusing, it's got people interested though I'll give em that.

Rock vs cody at night one or roman and rock vs cody and seth also a possibility, either night one at the next ppv in 2 weeks time.

Isn't Mania spread over 2 nights nowadays?

Couldn't they do Roman/Rock vs Cody/Rollins on night 1 then Cody vs Reigns on night 2?

Yeah, that's what i meant when talking about night one . Obviously roman vs cody is night 2, i just didn't put it in my post.

They have seen the reaction from the crowd and decided Cody vs rock night 1, Cody wins he gets roman night 2 is a much better idea. Its like Daniel Bryan beating hhh to get his chance.

Perhaps a tag match for Rock would be preferable. He's 51 and probably not in ring shape.

I did watch the press conference. Rock was superb. Rhodes and Reigns were very good. Rollins does nothing for me. His voice is like nails on a chalk board.

Aye was thinking that.

Night one - Rhodes & Rollins vs Rock & Reigns
Night two - Rhodes vs Reigns, Rollins vs Chamber winner

The press conference was excellent, but made Rollins look like a complete nonentity, which is a shame as he's superb.

I see there's been a bit of an about pace, I think it's good that they're pragmatic about it as last time I watched wrestling their was a tendency to cram people down your throat regardless of if they were getting a reaction or not

I consider HHH to be a very average in-ring performer, especially after his injury in 2001. His major bouts were often drawn out affairs in which he didn't have the skill to fill the space effectively.

That said, he does understand pro wrestling. He always knew how to politic backstage to ensure his character remained strong (sometimes unnecessarily so and to the detriment of others), and he vetoed the RAW writer's daft suggestion that they book him and Batista in a singles match in late 2004 rather than save it for a major PPV (a decision that turned out to be wise)

It therefore doesn't surprise me that he's turned out to be a decent booker. I'm not a regular viewer, but last I checked WWE's house show business was the strongest it's been in years.

I'd rather we get Drew vs rollins night 1 and give Drew his WM moment and the rhodes vs reigns night 2 and give cody his moment. Not really bothered about the rock.
