Come on Viz what’s your opinion on this 80s classic.
I can tell this was from before the autotune era.
It's okay but in my opinion it's not worthy of the 'classic' title. It's too bland for my taste, and the singer isn't close to being pitch perfect. Also these songs of which there are many in this time period are longer than my brain can usually handle so after a few minutes in I skimmed the rest of it.
I’m not sure how old you are, the above song was released as a single in 1982 Soft Cell were very big then, the year before they had the biggest selling single of the year with ‘Tainted Love’ I am sure you will have heard that one.
How anyone can not like this defeats me
I asked for it to be played near the end of the night at my sisters wedding and the cunt played the David Gray version ImageImage
Big changes on the way ! We've heard it before but it's different this time !!!! , I believe Bdo gonna grow x

The song is far before my time. I assume they just didn't get as big here because there are plenty of songs from the 80s and 90s that still get played on the radio over and over but not these ones.

Where are you? Germany? When I was in Berlin last October loads of places were playing obscure 80s songs. Even heard Cause You Are Young by CC Catch, cracking song that I dont even think got released in the UK despite being in English.

Are you from Holland? The song Tainted Love was top 10 there and was a worldwide hit. It is one of the most famous songs from the 1980s. Even if you are in your early 20s you must have heard it?

It's not in the yearly Top 2000, which is a list voted on by the public on the best songs ever. Most of the classics on there get played on the radio still, but not the ones that don't make it or are very low ranked. That's probably why.
