Hi mate - I'm normally awake from about 5:00 or so but for some reason when the clocks changed at the end of March my body won't accept what the real time is and I keep waking up at 4:00.
i was lying waiting for the alarm to go of from 2.30 this morning so in the end i gave up and went online instead.
only people awake in forum world were yourself, tom and monkety and rout on df!
Well Rout wouldn't have gone to bed yet not sure about Tom & Monkety.
Thought you might have found Dog - then again I suppose it would have been the middle of the afternoon for him and he would have been asleep in his kennel.

mobile is off, i was expecting a call on the landline from a mate, picked it up and immediately regretted it!
after my performance review i doubt ill have to worry about it much longer anyway

I was going to have my performance review today, even if it was good i will not get a pay rise

When this first kicked off I thought service people, police teachers etc etc were safe and had the best jobs. How wrong was I?

12 months, they want the earth without any staffing, only so much one person can do in all truth.
i do 45-48 hours a week which isnt enough apparently.
hopefully something else will crop up.
