Especially given that we're 7 ETs and 16 PCs in, so just less than half way on the Pro Tour events, and he has 31.75k on the Pro Tour OOM. Even if you said this final was exceptional, and you deducted 9.5k to give him an L32, if he doubled his money, he'd still be on track for 44.5k, which would be 46th.

It looks like he has a great chance.
