Durrant
Aspinall
Anderson
Wright
If I had to predict I'd go with Gando though.

Given the uncertain form of now and 2020 in general it's hard to call.
Wright being world champion he must go off favourite but it's hard to trust him
In terms of preference, for me
Aspinall
Wright
Gando
Dulla
My preference would be Aspinall then Duzza.![]()
Same for me.
I think people are too fascinated with "A games" in general. It's rare that one player is playing near their best, let alone both players in a game. It's really more just a hypothetical discussion. Your average game and the standard deviation of that, etc. is much more important.
Rogg, would you really prefer weeks on end of people claiming that Duzza is the best in the world? And that the BDO players were underrated all along?Rogg wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 1:45 pmSame for me.
Anderson winning would just be so dull. The others, lovely stuff and/or horrifically annoying. Either way, fun.
If Anderson does win, that's his third Premier League title. Has anybody, other than Taylor/MVG, won three of the same TV tournament? I'm failing to think of anyone.

That sounds like a terrible prospect, admittedly, but at least it would be a bit of an experience. Anderson is no fun and I really don't want him winning a third PL. I'm not being very convincing, am I?
Of anyone in the game gando is the least likely to be bothered by poor performance and let it affect the next leg. He just goes back and throws darts. The Thorn wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 1:53 pmI think people are too fascinated with "A games" in general. What is someone's best anyway? His top 10% performances or top 5%? Does Kyle Anderson have the best A game because he has the world record? It's all smoke and mirrors.
That sounds like a funny tournament from the olden days. What was that about then? Any good?vizIIsto wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 2:02 pmDuzza has won 3 BDO World ChampionshipsRogg wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 1:45 pmSame for me.
