As for Duzza, his charmed life is well and truly over. I'd make him an outsider for the play-offs, but what he has in his favour is that they aren't for a while
If he approaches the PL playoffs like he did the Matchplay semi, he isn't getting to the final.

TDF's second favourite player demonstrating exactly how he managed to steal the hearts of half a dozen malicious weirdos.

What a fabulous result, fabulous night for me, loved it tonight, so pleased for Aspinall, great when MVG is off form, tournaments are so much more interesting and open. Very proud of Aspinall tonight, he will win more tournaments for sure

Can't cope with Andy Goldstein as a rule but I think he's shown himself to be perfectly adequate at presenting these. Well done.

Perhaps what might work in his favour this time is that he won't go in as favourite. Everything was starting to align for him at the Matchplay, but here (Gando's performance today aside) the other three are proven title winners on form

So Durrant wins the league to join Taylor and MVG in a class of three. Disturbing.

Let's not forget Wright choked away a shitload of chances at a titles in the past. Wouldn't be surprised if he did it again.

Ochepedia's Tweet below sums up how tight the PL has become.

Perhaps, although he's won the big one now, as well as the Masters (albeit possibly the most tinpot of all the TV 'majors'), so I think his demons are over. Give him 3 darts to win this, or give Duzza the same, I'd sooner back Wright

GSoD spot to the finalists. Who, um... I can't remember.
Durrant definitely doesn't have a spot currently because he never wins stage titles and has never been good enough to reach a TV final.

Glen's the only one without a GSoD spot at the moment. Wright - the Worlds + Masters, Gary - Matchplay final, Asp - Home Tour plate

somehow Wright still doesn't convince me. Wouldnt put my money on Duzza either.
