1. You are saying "seeds" just because they are in top16 in main OoM?
2. Or are the PCs seeded? If so - is it based on:
a). last year's pro tour OoM
b). last year's main OoM
c). --> a) or b) but just PC1, after that seeding is based on PC1 for PC2, PC1+PC2 for PC3 etc.

At the time I posted it the top 16 pro tour had played only Cross (14) and Cullen (11) had lost

With 16 boards, seeds number 1 and 32 play on one board, seeds number 2 and 31 play on another one etc.
