Will they find someone Welsh for night 3 in Cardiff? Clayton I guess.

Or wait to see if Jimbo wins Indigoat and tour card :D even then he'd be too obscure.

No it'll be Clayton in Cardiff for sure.

Chizzy not in is a bit of a joke, ranked 10, won two floor tournaments, won a Euro Tour and made a major final.

I think the PL could near destroy Durrant. Think he'll be getting beat most weeks and the travelling etc will drain him, he's already gained weight playing the regular tour for a year just look at what the first PL year did to Rob Cross physically and Durrant is 20 years older.

Personally think it's in the top 3 worst pl line ups ever I still cant believe Gurney is in I would have had Chizzy,Mensur and Wade (don't like him but won more than Gurney last year) ahead of him

Gurney's nationality is a factor whether people like that or not.

Wade said he didn't care if he were picked or not so that was the end of his prospects right there, the moaning Minnie.

Mensur not really on the radar? He was never going to be in ahead of Chizzy was he? He's the only oddity imo. I do feel for Dave. Assuming he wanted to be picked.

Chizzy was a victim of the contender system.

On another note the challenger system could have been worked as follows:

8 challengers to take part between weeks 10 to 17 with the winner being awarded a WSOD place.

The Tournament would be played as follows:

Week 10-13 One Quarter Final match per week

Week 14-15 One Semi Final Match per week

Week 16 Challengers Final

And you would have kept 10 players in the Main League and still 5 games for 16 weeks.

Yeah i think if there wasn't a Belfast date Gurney would be less likely, funny because he's probably the least "loved" by his home crowd of any player.

Don't think this is the worst line up but I gave up caring about the picks after sad sack Barney got picked for the undeserved umpteenth time.

Will be interesting to see how Glenda and Asp deal with it all. Not sure why Gando is doing it as he always cries about how much traveling he has to do. Oh wait the money that would explain it. Gando has become the cranky old grandad.

I remember this time last year just after he won his card, he was talking about how he needed to do more exercise and be fit for the tour loool. Dunno if he'll struggle badly tbf, depends what kind of nick Gando is in, how Aspinall adapts and if Smith can be arsed, etc etc. The so-called elite 10 are far from unbeatable monsters

If only Dave were born ten miles down the road and were bessie mates with Jamie Carragher eh? Scousers don't suffer Wools wisely!

Slightly ironic that although Gurney is ostensibly the 'home' man in Belfast, he's from about as far from there as Fallon is from Nottingham

That is a great idea. Would ensure nights do not finish early once judgement night is out of the way. Send it to uncle bazza, he will love it.

Maybe challengers today? I could use a look in the other direction tbh. They should be posting the 2020 rules soon too.

In fact it's today. No real surprises.

Pretty much what people thought it would be, decent list.
The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.

As I called it, except they put Watty in for Noppert. I would have put Noppert in after reaching a final. Watty done fuck all to deserve his place.

I don't like this. Sherrock and Humphries aside, it seems like it's potluck that if you are from an area near a hosting city, you have a better chance than if you are not.

Bunting doesn't deserve this, he is a has-been, should have put a youngster or up and coming talent in there instead. Any other cunt pretty much.
