Less cards available than last year for the following reasons

- Shepherd and Marjanovic gave up their cards after one year, two more were available at 2022 QS that shouldn't have been.

- Scott Williams made the top 64 without a card. If a 2022 graduate where in his place, that's another extra card available.

IMO we could see Vladimir Andersen give up. Absolutely no point him being on tour whatsoever.

Depends on how the breakdown is, sometimes there have been almost twice as many cards being given out to the UK Q-School, sometimes it's almost level. The current format with 2 stages seems beneficial to the European Q-School lads as there is only 1 player on each day in each of the UK and EU Q-Schools who get a card rather than 2 for the UK one and 1 for the EU one

Seems a lot of these players sign up to Q-School for free entry to Euro Tour qualifiers, only to make it unexpectedly and then they aren't sure what to do (the tour is a big enough commitment for players in the UK, let alone from overseas). Maybe for areas with their own affiliate tour they could think about using those standing ahead of the main OoM to determine their World Cup teams, I'm not sure if a couple of wins on tour all season should be enough for the likes of Andersen, van Dongen etc to get in ahead of some of their countrymen

EU:
Sedlacek
Bialecki
Tricole
Labre
Meulenkamp
Zonneveld
de Zwaan
van Veen
Gates
Kist
Plaisier
Kuivenhoven

UK:
Brown
Boulton
Burton
Borland
Mitchell
Henderson
Pallett
Lee Evans
McEwan
Thornton
Payne
Raymond Smith*
Greaves
Girvan
Scott Taylor
Q school never works this way. There's always a John Brown/Aaron Beeney and a couple of others who are unknowns. This would be a really strong year if it happened but in all likelihood only half of these will get cards
Indeed, some of these players (such as Keegan Brown) I am as confident as can be that they'll get cards (which certainly isn't to say they will!), some of them (such as Gates) are more hopeful punts that could come off, but there are always complete outsiders. Sometimes they are a pleasant surprise like Josh Rock, more often than not they are Beeney or Wilkinson types who don't do much

I was surprised that Mitchell didn't do enough in two years to keep his card, but when he dropped off, expected him to go down the Modus/Seniors route.

As much as I like the guy, no idea why BLM would want to do the tour again. He only qualified originally on the OOM and that was down to a deep run on one of the days. Fair play for moving to the UK and giving it a go, but with a young family at home and not picking up much in prize money, hardly seems worth the sacrifice to do it all again.
