Set 1: 77.13 average, won set 3-2
Set 2: 100.20 average, won set 3-0
Set 3: 102.48 average, won set 3-0
And then....
Set 4: 64.68 average, lost set 0-3 (scores left in legs: 239, 5, 224)
Set 5: 75.66 average, lost set 1-3 (scores left in losing legs: 261, 203, 52)
Set 6: 82.92 average, lost set 0-3 (scores left in legs: 201, 45, 179)
Set 7: 78.30 average, lost set 0-3 (scores left in legs: 40, 100, 32)

You can't argue against winning 7 games in a row, I guess. You only need to beat what's in front of you. But to demonstrate that he is an even remotely credible champion, I agree, he needs to beat a proper standard player over distance. A final against Durrant would probably provide that challenge. It's the final that this cowpat of a tournament desperately needs.
