I would like all players to start off in Round 1, But that's not happening at all so a 16/16 split will offer a bit more & all players to start in the group stage.

But the format was always good, the tournament was a success & kudos to the PDC for bringing this in.

Was that not a blocker to some extent? Perhaps not in his case as he's a very agile hunter of t20s. Imagine if he'd gone bull-bull for the title and got it.

By the way nerds, the PDC has started a brand new tab on its roll of honour for the Winmau World Masters.

'The Masters' finals have been moved to the list of discontinued tournaments.

Fascinating stuff I'm sure we can all agree.

I'm more surprised they weren't shameless and listed all the previous BDO winners on the roll call

No suprise there, in their video announcing the WWM they had the old winners of the WWM so you cant really have winners of both. But I would have tought that they were going to add the names of the BDO winners untill 2018 on the trophy, ignoring that the WDF was also sponsored by Winmau in 2022. Would be easier to claim that it is a continuation of the tournament from a no more existing organisation than from a existing one that still organises it.

Winmau hasnt changed it page, but 2022 is missing.

Maybe Norbs could try a diet experiment if (as it seems) his energy levels are wibbling so badly.

Was out last night watching Bullet for My Valentine and Trivium in Manchester, an amazing gig which I'll remember forever due to both bands playing full albums. I like this format, Littler really is ridiculous, to average nearly 118 as a young teen is literally unbelievable

Think he’s been talking some bollocks since doing these articles. “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. The old format of the pdc masters was completely dull and absolutely pointless, turning it into Cricket would’ve been an improvement
