Just watching a re run of the United V Chelsea game.

If Cole got a yellow for his horror tackle on Hernendez why wasn't it a penalty

Ball was dead.

What would happen if the ball went out for a goal kick meaning "ball was dead" but then the keeper walked over to an oppsition player in the penalty box & punched him?

Would it just be a staright red for the keeper or would a penalty also be awarded?

Straight red. No penalty. Hence when klasnic headbutted the Norwich player at the weekend, he was sent off but Bolton kept the throw in as the ball was dead.
