Edit: Wright beat Price comfortably for 3 out of the 4 “Premier Events” he’s won too.

Well said Jimbob
My bias aside, I’d still go for Wright.
But as Thorn said, Price could go down as the better player overall, once he finally calls it a day.

Pretty obvious that Price had the far harder route to the title.

if they stopped right now would have to say Krusty. He has won like 20 PCs and UK qualifiers. 6 or so ETs plus the majors already listed. Price has only 10 PCs and 3 ET's ok in a shorter career so far. But Krusty longevity at the top of the rankings is something that certainly puts him over the glass chin of wales.

Price is a special talent tho and I think he surpasses Krusty in the long run. In fact I am going to go out on a limb and say Price is going to be on the top 10 list of historical GOATs by the time he ends his career. I think that having played at a high level as a serious athlete gives him experience in knowing how to approach training and competitive mind set. He has only been playing like 9 years and to achieve what he has given that he picked up a dart like 11 years ago or somethere abouts. Always said if athletes picked up this game later in life they could make some impact in the PDC. ok I'm not going to go mental like Nico and say they could make a huge impact like his BDO players.

I am waiting for a womens athlete to come into darts. I seriously think they could do well and even wouldn't be surprised if they dominated.

It’s there in black and white, doesn’t need elaborating.
