He has to be on a par with Thornton based on event wins?
Hasnt beat Taylor or MVG in a final

and lets all be honest his draw at the grand prix was a joke no top 8 players
Neither has wade
true but how many titles has Wade won. Tumor has won 2 Slams and a behind closed doors Grand Prix without playing a top 8 player
Time will tell
If he wins the worlds this year the balances no doubt alter
yep

but lets hope he dosn't

Probably the most open worlds ever
Nobody is consistently on it
Add in no crowd and what the year has thrown up
Anything could happen

Yes he has, he beat Taylor in the 2010 Championship league or whatever it was called. Classed as a PDC Premier event. That’s why he is on 10 Premier event titles. I don’t make these definitions.

So if this stays a tie, I assume Waites will get the nod as he has won Two ‘world titles’ the same criteria saw Bristow be ahead of MVG ?

This has ended in a tie
Neither has a world title as a fall back
I will take into account who got more votes the 18th place poll.
That being the case waites takes 19th.

Anything post 93 is arguably void
Anything after Adams started winning has to be.

That’s your opinion. Hankeys win in 2000 is a good example where both world fields were much of a muchness ( Taylor aside)
