Pounds at the time now!!

I went to a charity exbo bout 14 yrs ago, in rosslare.... Had just got beat in the final of the singles by geoff wylie and we decided we wud split the cash b4 the game, 400 pounds each, alot of beer tokens back then.... They where going to hold a raffle for some charity locally, but at that stage we were on the brandy and gingers, i was well tanked...

Lot no 22, a signed rod harrington shirt and a set of his darts!!!

Well, that was 285 quid gone out of my winnings!!!

Wud of easily gaz, just thinking back it was 1996..... One cold miserable spot that rosslare, but jaysus the locals were sof touches darts wise... Northern lads use to have the place raped... Meself and mac cracken won the doubles 4 months later, as the northern lads had there embassy play offs same day

back in 96 a lot of places like rosslare were miserable.
