Quite true. I think its the lack of warm days that throws us. If we had a chance to get used to them then they'd probably not be that bad. As it is, the week or two we get of sunshine sends us all into meltdown.

i always found on the evening after a day like this its best to have a pint of cider first to kill the initial mad thirst before settling down to a heap of porter or lager........

Thats my plan. I've gone steady all week to give the liver a break and aim to put all the good work to waste.

I've not drank in 2 weeks so fuck it I'm gonna get blitzed. And if I don't make it to 113kilos, I'll top the difference with shit food at 3am
