sure i read somewhere they were getting rid of pearce, wont be amused if neville steps into his shoes.

coaching badges arent needed to coach at international level or has he got em?

As far as I'm aware Pearce is staying with the U21s. Phillip Neville is joining him there.

Gary Neville has most, if not all, of his coaching badges.

clearly he has been a busy boy between his punditry.

having played with many of the squad he will certainly have their respect, hodgson is making a lot of the right appointments so far it seems.
