From the archive: Tambet Niit winning the 2024 Baltic Cup Mens Singles on home turf. 2:27:20.

He looks chuffed to bits
The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.

Olaf Siigur in action this evening. He's another 'in the conversation', and a former basketball player to boot.

I asked ChatGPT who it thinks the best Estonian dartist is.
The best-known Estonian darts player is Karel "The Kildare" Kutsar. He has represented Estonia in various international competitions and has gained recognition for his performances on the PDC (Professional Darts Corporation) circuit. Kutsar has participated in several PDC events, including the World Darts Championship and various European Tour events.

Though Estonian darts players are not as widely known as those from countries like England or the Netherlands, Kutsar has been a standout in his home country and has been considered one of the best Estonian players in the history of darts.

Estonia, in general, has a small but growing darts scene, with more players emerging in recent years. However, Kutsar remains the top name when it comes to Estonian darts.
Kutsar is a motocross rider, and everything above, including his nickname, has been completely made up. There is work to do.

This appears to be saying that in January the two leading lights of Estonian darts, Andu and Kruusvee, lost a pairs match to a duo containing 13-year-old schoolboy Jan Patrik Jallakas. This is the DC entry:

Not quite Littler levels but enough for a story in Eesti.

Today's exciting adventure is the Tartu Klubide Karikas. All the big names are there - https://tv.dartconnect.com/event/tartuk ... 25/entries

There's even a Scotsman called Peter in the mix.

We do! Marika Sarrapik is probably the top Eesti lady overall, being the only one who occasionally does some damage in the WDF.

Here's a few more. The Tiislers are the ones in the light shirts, and they seem to be the other "good" ones (though Hanna lost her first game 4-1).
