Those bikes can't go faster than 25 most likely. They are useless.

No they don't but there is a law here that e-bikes should not exceed 25 kph.
In practise that is not the case however.

Here too I think but still nobody gives a fuck. Including me too. Mine was restricted too originally but I simply switched that off.
