My lad filmed my throw on my phone, whilst practicing in the garage.

Have always thought I had a cack handed, awkward throw.....

Don't know about the throw, but those bloody mongs in the crowd trying to put you off were a disgrace. ;)

A bit to much upper body movement, but throw has a nice tempo.
