Jack is Spot on as usual. Luke and dirk will win majors, heta a possibility.
Chizzy, king and obesehead the 3 least likely.

Heta seriously needs to improve his TV game you are right. Could happen though, Clayton was shite for years on TV.

stats point to luke humphries.
avgs., 1st 9, holding throws, leg breaking, checkout % .
he's the leader or 2nd against the group in all of them in the current rolling one year period.
(source: darts orakel)
however, dirk throws more 180's so that timing can change things up quickly.
heta seems to be going through "a lull" at the moment.
luuuke's B game is better than both, in my opinion.
m. smith and chizzy have the games, but neither are able to get off their "Blair Witch Project" circular paths enough to escape the woods.
I think the ship may have sailed for the king.
I don't consider dobey a contender yet.
darts, at this level, is considered a game of the widths of a wire, as are stats in a lot of cases,
but I feel humphries is the most well rounded of this group and is the most likely to win a significant pdc singles event.

While there is a difference between the World Series events/the World Cup and a 'proper' TV title, surely it's got to count for something that he's won those events

If Ross Smudger won one anyone can do it. With all due respect.
Bunting is my sleeper pick

do you think the players care as much as we do about winning of "majors"? smith we know he does, but others, a quick google says chizzys won over 2 million quid, more than he could ever dream of if darts didnt exist, reckon hes happy jjust plodding along?

Chizzy would have had a great career anyway, he was studying metaphysics before he picked up darts

I would love Bunting to win a major. I reckon it would be the U.K. open.

Bunting can win anything I have faith in the lad. Just needs to find that next gear. He knows how to win big events unlike most players. I still remember when he won the Masters without dropping a set that was gloriousHalloweenJack wrote: ↑Sun Nov 13, 2022 1:12 pmI would love Bunting to win a major. I reckon it would be the U.K. open.

Which of these players will be the NEXT to win a big title is a better question.
It's like those who had a bet on Lord Lucan being alive. An expert reckons he's living in Australia and betting has been suspended
