I think he genuinely believed at the time that a tour card would ensure interest from sponsors, but nobody is going to gamble their money on a no hoper simply because they have a card

Speaking of this. Does jim Williams do the tour with his own cash or has he got sponsers? that guy must have lost fortunes over the last few years chasing a dream.

Was talking to a '' tour card holder'' last year and he is anything but professional.
I know of three others locally and none of them are ''professional'' either.
