A few new directors appointed and one resignation. Uncle Des appears to be missing

And on the subject of county bollocks, Tommy Thompson's Tri-Nations Darts Ltd launched its business plan... (credit to TSOD): http://www.tsod.tv/forum/download/file.php?id=5244
Truly a sight to behold.

The letter was nothing more than Delusional Des ramping up his bullshit to another level. Anyone believing their own bullshit should never be near the control of anything but their bowels but that's the BDO who refuse to take the entertainment away from us.
With Enterprises in administration Limited will most likely go down with it as Limited owes a considerable amount and the Administrators have a legal duty to protect the creditors of Enterprises and collect every possibly penny from it's debtors. The highest debtor being BDO Limited.
Moving on to the officers of BDO Limited Delusional Des by not registering his position with Companies House has not divested himself of legal responsibility and recourse. He's as much in the frame now as he was before he resigned.
He is also potentially personally liable for any contract he committed either company to whilst they were insolvent, wrongful trading is the offence.

So, considering the majority of the county dullards wanted Des to come back to the BDO, I wonder how many of their orgs will actually want to jump ship to Tri-Nations. Not enough to make it viable, clearly. It's the new split in darts! (One that nobody will care about, this time around.)

Re: The BDO Appreciation Society - Sponsored by Zeyes
Will BDO go down? In the management accounts from March that Frank Branscombe made public they only had creditors of £4,672. If that was all owed to BDO Enterprises they had £58,806 cash at the bank so could afford to pay them in full.
What's more of a problem is that they had debtors of £58,569 and in the notes it said that £55,222 were "Group Undertakings" which I'm assuming is the cash that Enterprises borrowed.
Presumably that loan wasn't secured in any way so Ltd will see very little, if any, of that back. I would guess that's why the BDO don't want to return the fees for this season to the counties as BICC & Superleague fees were some £67,000 and there isn't enough cash to do that.

So why tell the counties they dont have to pay anything for the next season? Where do they expect to magic that prize money up from?andy a wrote:Will BDO go down? I would guess in typical Des fashion this would put the problem to one side for at least 12 months and that would be good enough for him.The Ginge Reaper wrote: ↑Thu May 07, 2020 10:10 amSo why tell the counties they dont have to pay anything for the next season? Maybe the increased Superleague fees in their proposal would have made up the shortfall by the time they had to pay out the end of season prizes.
Just out of interest do you know if anyone has had a refund for Torremolinos yet?
